“Put It On The Floor Again..”

Latto surprised her fans with a remix to her original song , “Put It On The Floor” on Wednesday night .The song was considered a diss record as she first performed it at Coachella and played snippets on her IG page .

If you aren’t caught up , Latto and Nicki Minaj the self proclaimed ‘Queen of Rap’ had a back and forth on Twitter , seven months ago. The mid age rapper called Latto’s record “Big Energy” out, because her manipulated to #1 record “Super Freaky” was moved to the pop section of Grammy nominations. Here’s a quick sinopsis.

Well anyway , after the brief back and forth her fans started a huge hate train against Latto. However , Latto didn’t let up at all. It’s so interesting because it’s been said by Nicki’s fans that she doesn’t care about the Grammy’s. Well if that’s the case why does it seem she’s fighting for her life to get one . And the irony after the whole beef , Nicki wasn’t even nominated for a Grammy.

The beef intensified when the Industry plant Ice Spice insisted that Latto was copying her .

At this point we’re sure your head is spinning , however there is more. After Nicki noticed that Ice Spice was sneak dissing Latto, she started liking tweets and claim she was the Princess of Rap. Obviously being shady and hoping someone would either replace Cardi (who is also from the Bronx) or Latto.

Nicki quickly jumped on the song “Princess Diana”with Ice Spice that was already buzzing . As we recall from the leaked DMs , she only jumps on songs that are doing well and the reason the song had a video is because Ice Spice currently has the budget.

In the song, Nicki throws subtle jabs at the rap girls like she normally does in every song . Even though Latto carried, “Put it On The Floor” alone . Now that we are all caught up, let’s get back to the subject at hand.

On Wednesday night when Latto posted who would be on the remix.

Literally minutes later , as if she knew about the announcement Nicki posted a live with Sexxy Red talking about their single , “Poundtown2”(another song that was already hot). The song was released last Friday and up until now the two artists hadn’t been seen in the same place . The irony of this live being posted the same night of the announcement , not to mention Nicki is wearing Pucci .

The significance of that is Cardi wore Pucci to her new Whipshots campaign less than two weeks ago. Her fans even teased Cardi about her outfit, knowing if she had it on that they would praise it.

Soo “Put It On The Floor Again” was released and people are loving it . It is currently at the #1 spot on YouTube and Apple Music .

Even though the other woman’s fan base has decided the song was trash and that Latto teamed up with her opp. They have been discussing the song non stop , posting weird clickbait titles .

They even started purchasing “Poundtown2”, which was horrible by the way to prevent the new song from going to number 1 on ITunes . Which by the way had to be reduced to $.69 to do so, it’s giving very much pressed and pathetic .

Using this moment to get that horrible song up the charts is strange behavior from a ‘Queen’. But anyway, Cardi had some things to get off of her chest and she killed the feature and they both looked amazing in the video .

The video shows the girls just having fun , even has a cameo from Shawty Lo’s mother as the song mentions the late Atlanta rapper.

Cardi B is being coined the Feature Queen, as this is her second best feature in less than a year . The first being her iconic “Tomorrow 2” remix .

She’s schooling the girls on how a feature is done, have fun and stop over saturating the market. She really followed Latto’s cadence on the feature and that’s what makes her so special , she stays on topic and makes fun jabs .
